Professional judgment, without the theater
Before real estate, much of my career involved understanding complicated systems, managing projects, following the numbers and finding problems before they became expensive. That background still shapes how I approach houses and transactions.
I don't think strong representation requires turning every interaction into a fight. It does require paying attention, asking good questions, giving you an opinion when it matters, and staying engaged when something gets complicated.
If you're months away from buying or selling, that's fine. If you're ready tomorrow when the right property appears, that's fine too.
