Lakewood

Lakewood is one of the western suburbs of the metro Denver area.  It is relatively large, so living in Lakewood could mean a fairly short or a long commute to work, play, shopping, etc. depending on your specific location.  The unoffical downtown of Lakewood is the Belmar area, which is about 8 miles from downtown Denver.  Lakewood has easy access to the I-70, C-470 and US 6/6th avenue freeways, providing plenty of options to get where you are going.
