About
As your full-service real estate agent, my pledge is to obtain the best results that make YOU happy and make YOUR property buying or selling experience enjoyable. Your needs are important to me and I consider myself to be a dedicated, passionate and market savvy professional that puts my clients’ satisfaction before all else. Every home buying transaction represents one of the most important investments a person can make, and I take great care to ensure that communication is consistent and timely with all parties involved from beginning to end.
I enjoy real estate because of the variety of people I get to meet. I love to learn about my client’s interests and plans for the future to help tailor my services to their needs. The home search for a first time home buyer planning to build a family looks a lot different than a newly empty nest couple looking to downsize! And I like to get to know my clients and tailor my services to address those differences.
I truly enjoy doing anything I can to help our current and past military members. As a U.S. Navy veteran, I already understand a lot of the logistics of the transaction, whether someone is a veteran looking to buy using their VA loan benefits or on active duty member in the middle of (another!) PCS move.
I love real estate and would love to talk about it all day long with you. But, I do try to do some other things now and then! I like to get some cycling in whenever I can. I live in the Green Mountain area of Lakewood and am lucky enough to have great road and mountain biking right out of my door. But, I also try to get in some riding away from home, too. For road biking, Vail Pass is one of my favorites. And, I’m partial to the Grand Junction/Fruita area for mountain biking. I’m a terrible guitar player, but really enjoy trying to improve.
I also like to travel and scuba dive and am always on the lookout for a new destination – feel free to drop me a note with a suggestion or a picture from your last adventure!
I also like to volunteer. Lately, I have focused my volunteer time on the non-profit group Denver Adaptive Divers that focuses on providing specialized dive training and support to people with disabilities. They work with local hospitals and veteran support groups to expose as many people as possible to the world of adaptive diving. Drop me a line if you want to talk about this program.
